Dr. Oluyemi A. Olawaiye left for the shores of America November of 1992. In 1995, he moved from New York city after having attended New York city technical college, to Buffalo, New York after he was admitted to the State University of New York in Buffalo for Doctor of Pharmacy program. He graduated in 2003 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Minor in Marketing from the school of Management. He was offered a position as a pharmacist right after completing his doctorate program with CVS pharmacy company in New Jersey. He moved back to New York to work for another fortune 500 company Duane Reade in 2004 to 2009. In 2010, he decided to take his first teaching appointment in a clinical setting at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, the largest private hospital in Bronx New York where he remained utill 2014.

In 2010 simultaneously while at the hospital, he became an entrepreneur, when he started a car company rightfully called Otesco Inc., which he ran simultaneously and sold the company 2014.
In 2011 he along with his wife started Yeloto African Children Foundation a charity organization. YELOTO is an NGO that provides basic needs like health care, education and nutrition for under priviledged children across Africa. Dr. Olawaiye believes in the old adage "It takes a global village to raise a child".
In 2015, he took on a Clinical role with Nassau County Medical Center pharmacy Department, the number one trauma center on Long Island where he remains till date working for the State Of New York.

Prior to his current role at Globacom, Olaniyi worked as a Retail Head for the North with Airtel Nigeria helping the sales team/division to achieve profitability before returning back to Globacom where he spent ten (10) years of his career as the State Manager. Prior to working for the NYS Long Island Railroad he worked for the New York City Department of Health for 15 years in various positions where he served as Research Scientist and as a Senior Public Health Specialist. Among his many responsibilities over his 17 year career with the New York State & New York City agencies, he was responsible for Public Health Initiatives, Environmental & Occupational Health investigations, hazardous abatement worksite compliance inspections, developing and implementing policies and training and coordinating the Workplace Emergency Readiness Committee Meetings. He has a Master’s in Environmental and Occupational Health Science from The City of New York Hunter College and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is passionate about advocating for policies that protects all children from physical, mental and environmental hazards. He has contributed research articles in the Center for Disease Control (CDC) Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMR) on Childhood Lead Poisoning. Nike is trendy, very creative and has this natural flair for fashion. More like looking good is Nike’s business. Nike is an experienced Beauty Consultant and involved in Total Makeover, from head to toes. Talking about the head, Nike is the designer and the brain behind neakey.com where she makes beautiful and fabulous pieces of hatinators, Fascinators and Bow Ties. She is also a Partner in an upcoming fashion line which designs and makes beautiful and elegant outfits with African prints for different seasons. Nike is a consummate professional.

Nike also partners with her husband in a Software Development Company that develop applications for different orgainsations to help them run efficiently one of which is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. She’s the Administrator for House on the Word Church based in Houston Texas, also heavily involved in the audio visual, graphics, website management & pay portal platforms, social media and presentations for the church. Mrs. Odutola-Oside oversee’s the information and technology department at Yeloto African Children Foundation.

Senior Software Applications Developer and CEO of SWB Software Solutions Sam was born in Brooklyn, New York and at the age of 7 years, his Family relocated to Accra, Ghana where his father had accepted a prominent position with the Ministry of Finance. After completing his primary and secondary school education at Bishop Bowers Primary School and St. Augustine's College (Secondary School) respectively, he returned to the United States to further his education. He graduated from the University of Buffalo's Engineering School with a B.S. Degree in Aerospace Engineering. In his first job out of college he was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work to join a team working on a space shuttle prototype. It was also during this project that his manager recognized his analytical approach, his uncanny ability to simplify complex algorithms and his divergent thinking that his manager was impelled to transfer him from the Systems design team to the Software Engineering team. Sam took the opportunity and ran with it. He's been in the Software Engineering Field albeit in different roles for 20 years now.

In 2004, he decided to leave the corporate world as an employee, and started his own company - SWB Software Solutions, a one-stop-shop for all your software development needs that also provides staffing for engineer firms. Later on that year and up until 2008, he along with his business partner Dr Olawaiye started True Kings Entertainment, a very successful entertainment company based in the New York metro area that provided networking social events, Seminars, Concerts and Night-Life activities all catering to inspiring young professionals. In 2012, he signed on as an Advisor to Yeloto African Children Foundation, an organization whose mission statement rings true to his heart. He understands the motto "It takes a village to raise a child" as he's lived in such and environment and truly understands the meaning of those key words.
